CADEN started as a personal experiment.

I was frustrated by how difficult it was to understand myself. Some days I felt focused, motivated and in control. Other days I felt tired, distracted and reactive — despite thinking I was doing all the right things.

Was it sleep? Stress? Training? Food? Workload? Recovery?

Like most people, I relied on memory and gut feeling. The problem is that both are often wrong.

So I started tracking. Every day. Looking for patterns between how I lived and how I felt.

The patterns were not always what I expected.

CADEN was born from that process.
